This hotel is in a great location. There are a few metro stations within walking distance. There are lots of shops, restaurants and a Starbucks literally about a 4-5 minute walk. Juan and Melanie are fantastic. Thank you both for all your assistance you provided. I'm not sure if I would stay here again. No AC which caused my hubby and I to have to sleep with the window open. Our room was facing the street and the restaurant patrons were extremely loud. There was scum and mildew in the shower which was well past due for a good scrub down. The rooms are very small but has just about everything you need. It would have been nice to have an iron and ironing board (even a small college board) in the rooms. They do not have washcloths. Thanks goodness we brought loofahs. In addition, one day we had to use hand towels to dry off with because they ran out of bath towels. I would suggest carefully reading a lot of reviews to determine what you can and can't be without. Some things are a big deal to some but for others, it could be nothing to worry about.

Location is wonderful with easy access to subway; staff are helpful & friendly; décor is beautiful; appreciated the complimentary apples & pain au chocolate. Suggestions: (1) likely time to replace or turn over the single mattress in room 21; (2) the complimentary bottled water is appreciated although it would be great if the mini bar could be re-stocked with water on a more regular basis; (3) upon check-in, it would be appreciated if a 2nd room key was offered... we just assumed there was only 1 key and only found out on our last day that there was another available (this enables one person to leave the hotel and not need to wake up their partner if they remained in the room, upon returning). Thank you for a wonderful experience in Paris !!

Bravi.
