The location of this hotel is wonderful, we happened to go during the metro strike but this location is right next to the metro 1 which is automated and one of the few lines that were running during the strike. The rooms are clean and near a lot of cute shops and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, delicious coffee and pain au chocolat. We stayed in room 51 which was the same room we stayed in the previous year, and it is sooo comfortable! We are OBSESSED with their beds, we actually looked to see if we could order the mattress online to ship back to our home in the states. The staff are super friendly, speak perfect English, and also provided us with a pocket wifi that was super helpful for every day when we went out for our day of sightseeing. The only hiccup we had was when we ordered a taxi for a ride to the airport 5 days prior to our departure date (due to the strikes we were advised to order one early) and two days before when we confirmed our taxi was ordered, it turns out it hadn't been. However, Elizabeth quickly took down our information, fixed the mistake for us, and ordered one for us. No big deal as mistakes do happen, but I was glad that we did double-check to make sure our taxi was ordered. We love Elizabeth, she was great and I hope she's there when we go back because we would definitely stay here again!
